Job description

Location: Remote first, flexible working arrangements, with all UK based locations considered. Our flexible office collaboration spaces, for those wishing to use them, are in London, Exeter and Bristol.
Term: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Grade: Graduate

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Environmental Consultant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to apply their skills, learn from a technically brilliant team, and make a real impact from day one.

You’ll support a range of environmental and sustainability projects — helping to deliver high-quality analysis, research, and reporting that drive evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to environmental assessments, carbon and sustainability analyses, and policy research.

  • Assist in data collection, modelling, and interpretation to support project delivery.

  • Prepare concise, accurate technical reports and presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with consultants and technical specialists across disciplines.

  • Support the delivery of innovative, practical solutions for clients.

Job requirements

We’re looking for a talented graduate who is ready to hit the ground running — proactive, curious, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Essential:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Geography, Engineering, or a related field. Classifcation 2:1 or above.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for sustainability, environmental improvement, and data-driven insights.

  • Drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic — with the confidence to take ownership of your work.

  • Able to start immediately.

Desirable:

  • Experience (academic or professional) with environmental data analysis, carbon accounting, or GIS.

  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks or environmental policy.
